This one’s for fans of children’s and young adult literature! Neil Gaiman, the much acclaimed author of Coraline and American Gods as well as comics such as the Sandman series, is coming to Vancouver, BC for Writer’s Fest this year. I was very excited to hear about this. It’s a great opportunity for an aspiring writer, such as myself, or many of the student writers in high school to ask questions about the writing and editing process, as well as the publishing industry.
Mr. Gaiman will be at the Vogue Theatre at Granville on August 8th and there’s a special rate on tickets for students with ID – so don’t forget your student card if you plan to attend. For more info, click here.
